Community Theatre
Description
An outdoor community theatre, at which an experimental community theatre group is putting on a play written by James Beckwourth Carrington. Conway visits the set in each act of the game, as the performers and stage manager prepare the set and rehearse.
In each act, Carrington delivers instructions or script updates for Conway to take to the Stage Manager.
The play is an experimental, surrealist adaptation of the epic poem "Death of the Hired Man" by Robert Frost.
Act I
The crew and the Stage Manager are building the stage. Conway delivers a new script. The Stage Manager talks to Conway about the production’s troubled past.
